Terms of Service 服务使用协议

By downloading, accessing, or using SweepShot, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must not use or install the App and must delete it from your mobile device immediately.

通过下载、访问或使用 SweepShot，即代表您声明您已阅读、完全理解并同意接受本条款及我们的隐私政策的法律约束。如果您不同意本条款，则不得安装或使用本应用，且必须立即将本应用从您的移动设备中卸载。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to install and run a copy of SweepShot strictly for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes on an iOS device owned or controlled by you.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

我们授予您一项个人的、非排他的、不可转让的、不可转授权的、可撤销的且有限的软件使用许可，允许您仅以个人非商业性效率管理为目的，在您拥有或控制的 iOS 设备上安装并运行 SweepShot 副本。

用户年龄资格： 您必须年满 13 周岁（或您所在国家/地区规定的最低法定年龄）方可使用本应用。如果您未满 18 周岁，您声明并保证您的法定监护人已代表您审阅并同意了本条款的内容。

• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Billing: Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
• Subscription Management: You can manage or disable auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the active subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

• 自动续期规则： 除非在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动延长相同的周期。
• 扣款时间： 在当前订阅期结束前的 24 小时内，苹果将向您的 iTunes 账户自动扣除下一周期的续订费用。

You agree not to exploit our App in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App.
• Circumvent subscription validation frameworks or unlock premium features artificially.
• Use any automated robots, crawlers, or scrapers to access technical interfaces of the App.
• Utilize the App to infringe upon third-party rights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.

您同意，在使用本应用期间不会参与任何越权或侵权行为，包括但不限于：

• 反编译、逆向工程、拆解或试图提取本应用的底层源代码。
• 破坏、规避本应用的订阅权益验证机制，或通过非法技术手段强行破解 Premium 权益。
• 使用任何自动化机器人、网络爬虫或提取脚本访问本应用的技术接口。
• 利用本应用侵犯任何第三方的合法权益、专利权、商标权或商业秘密。

All intellectual property rights associated with SweepShot—including logos, graphic assets, interface buttons, branding typography, software code, scanning heuristic logic, and user UI scripts—are the sole property of SweepShot and its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership over the software other than the limited personal EULA license granted herein.

与 SweepShot 相关的全部知识产权——包括官方标志、图形素材、界面图标按钮、品牌视觉排版、软件代码、扫描判定算法逻辑及 UI 交互脚本——均属于 SweepShot 及其授权方的专有财产。除本条款明确授予的有限个人使用许可外，您不享有该软件的任何所有权或额外收益权。

SWEEPSHOT IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations, achieve any specific disk storage savings, work uninterruptedly, or operate entirely error-free.

SWEEPSHOT 是在“按现状”且“在可用范围内”的前提下向您提供的，我们不包含任何形式的保证。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们明确否认所有明示、暗示或法定的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途的适用性以及不侵犯第三方权益的保证。

我们不承诺本应用完全符合您的主观预期、达到特定的磁盘空间释放效果、实现百分之百无间断的完美运行，亦不承诺其毫无瑕疵或故障。

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEPSHOT OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR SYSTEM PERFORMANCE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our maximum total aggregate liability to you for any claims hereunder shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the App during the 12 months preceding the claim event.

在法律允许的最大范围内，在任何情况下，SWEEPSHOT 及其关联方均不对因您使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接的、特殊的、偶然的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害赔偿，或者数据丢失、利润损失或设备系统崩溃承担任何责任，即使我们已被告知发生此类损害的可能性。

我们对您因本协议或本应用引起的任何索赔所承担的最大累计赔偿总额，应以您在索赔事件发生前 12 个月内向我们实际支付的本软件订阅服务费总额为限。

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any conditions herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of SweepShot and delete all copies of the App from your mobile systems.

本协议及相关许可在您或我们终止之前将持续有效。如果您未能遵守本协议的任何约定，我们授予您的软件许可权益将在不经另行通知的情况下自动且即刻终止。在此类终止发生时，您必须立即停止对 SweepShot 的一切使用，并从您的移动设备中物理抹除本应用的全部副本。

These Terms and your relationship with SweepShot shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer's registered location, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in that jurisdiction.

本使用条款及您与 SweepShot 之间的法律关系，均应受开发者主体注册所在地的法律管辖并依其进行解释，排除其法律冲突法规则。由本软件引起的任何争议，均应提交至该注册所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
